บริษัท เปย์ ทู วิน จำกัด ("P2W TOPUP" หรือ "เรา") ให้บริการเติมเกมและขายสินค้าดิจิทัลผ่าน p2wtopup.com การสมัครสมาชิกหรือยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และเงื่อนไขสินค้าที่แจ้งก่อนซื้อ

คุณซื้อสินค้าจากเรา ส่วนการใช้เกมและสินค้าในเกมต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการเกมด้วย

2บัญชีและความปลอดภัย

ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและยืนยันตัวตนตามที่กำหนด คุณต้องเก็บรหัสผ่านและ OTP เป็นความลับ เปิดใช้ระบบยืนยันตัวตนที่มีให้ และแจ้งเราทันทีหากมีคนใช้บัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายจากการเข้าถึงบัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตที่เกิดจากการละเลยความปลอดภัยของบัญชีของคุณ

3คำสั่งซื้อและการชำระเงิน

4การส่งมอบ

5การยกเลิกและคืนเงิน

6เครดิต P2W

เครดิต P2W ใช้ซื้อสินค้าบนเว็บไซต์ ไม่ใช่เงินหรือไอเทมในเกม เครดิตที่ซื้อด้วยเงินจริงไม่มีวันหมดอายุ ไม่มีดอกเบี้ย โอนให้บัญชีอื่นไม่ได้ และถอนหรือแลกเป็นเงินไม่ได้

7โปรโมชั่น

โปรโมชั่น คูปอง และโบนัสใช้ได้ตามเงื่อนไขแต่ละรายการ แลกเป็นเงินสดหรือใช้ร่วมกันไม่ได้ เว้นแต่ระบุไว้

เมื่อคืนยอดเป็นเครดิต P2W จะคืนเฉพาะยอดที่ชำระจริงและปรับสิทธิประโยชน์ตามสัดส่วน เราอาจยกเลิกสิทธิที่ได้จากการทุจริตหรือผิดเงื่อนไข แต่จะไม่เปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขย้อนหลังกับคำสั่งซื้อที่รับไว้ถูกต้อง

8การใช้งานต้องห้ามและการระงับบริการ

ห้ามใช้บริการผิดกฎหมาย ใช้ช่องทางชำระเงินโดยไม่มีสิทธิ ปลอมหลักฐาน โจมตีระบบ เข้าถึงข้อมูลผู้อื่นโดยมิชอบ คุกคามผู้อื่น หรือทุจริตโปรโมชั่น

เราอาจระงับรายการหรือบัญชีหากมีเหตุอันควรสงสัยเรื่องการทุจริต ความปลอดภัย หรือการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดอย่างร้ายแรง โดยจะแจ้งเหตุผลและวิธีขอทบทวน

1About the Service

Pay to Win Co., Ltd. (บริษัท เปย์ ทู วิน จำกัด) ("P2W TOPUP" or "we") provides game top-up services and sells digital products through p2wtopup.com. By registering for an account or confirming an order, you agree to these Terms and the product conditions disclosed before purchase.

You purchase products from us. Your use of games and in-game products must also comply with the game provider's terms.

2Account and Security

Provide accurate information and complete identity verification as required. You must keep your password and one-time passwords (OTPs) confidential, enable the authentication features available to you, and notify us immediately if anyone uses your account without authorization.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account.

3Orders and Payment

Before purchasing, check the game, package, UID, server, region, recipient information, and any product restrictions and compatibility requirements. We will display the total amount, including taxes and fees, before you confirm payment.

An order becomes effective when we confirm acceptance, and processing begins once payment has been successfully verified. We may request information necessary to verify the transaction or prevent fraud.

If a product is unavailable for sale or an obvious pricing error is identified before delivery, we will refund the amount as P2W Credit so that you can place a new order.

4Delivery

We will complete the game top-up or deliver the digital code in accordance with your order. The estimated delivery time will be shown on the product page or order page. Payment verification or game systems may cause delays.

If you have not received the product after the stated time, contact us with your order number. Do not place a duplicate order until the order status has been checked.

5Cancellations and Refunds

• In general, approved refunds will be issued as P2W Credit within 3 business days after approval and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, except, as required by law, where the issue results from our error and we are unable to provide a replacement product.
• Cancellation requests: Contact us immediately. An order may be cancelled if the system has not yet started the delivery process. The amount actually paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded as P2W Credit.
• Completed game top-ups or valid codes received: No cancellation, change, or refund is available in any case arising from a change of mind or incorrect information entered by the buyer (such as an incorrect UID or server). We do not guarantee that the product can be retrieved.
• Problems with a transaction: If we identify a duplicate charge, delivery of an incorrect product, a code that was invalid at the time of delivery, or an inability to deliver, we will promptly work to resolve the issue or provide the correct replacement product. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will refund the amount actually paid and the fees attributable only to the affected portion.
• Reporting a problem: Please report any problem promptly, providing your order number, proof of payment, and details of the issue. A delay in reporting may make investigation more difficult, but it will not cause you to lose your rights under consumer protection law.

6P2W Credit

P2W Credit can be used to purchase products on the website. It is not in-game currency or an in-game item. Credit purchased with real money does not expire, earns no interest, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.

7Promotions

Promotions, coupons, and bonuses are subject to their respective conditions. They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with one another unless otherwise stated.

When a refund is issued as P2W Credit, only the amount actually paid will be refunded, and benefits will be adjusted proportionately. We may revoke benefits obtained through fraud or a breach of the applicable conditions, but we will not change conditions retroactively for orders that were validly accepted.

8Prohibited Use and Suspension of Service

You must not use the service unlawfully, use a payment method without authorization, falsify evidence, attack systems, improperly access another person's data, harass others, or abuse promotions through fraud.

We may suspend a transaction or account if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, a security issue, or a serious breach of these Terms. We will inform you of the reason and how to request a review.

Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to all uses of your personal data. Where consent is required, we will request it separately, and you may withdraw your consent in accordance with the law.

10Liability and Intellectual Property

We will provide the service with due care and be responsible for our errors and those of persons for whom we are legally responsible. However, we do not control game operations, changes to games, or account suspensions imposed by game providers.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of business profits. This exclusion does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
