1เราเก็บข้อมูลอะไรบ้าง

• ข้อมูลบัญชีและการติดต่อ: อีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ข้อมูลสำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบ และข้อมูลที่คุณส่งให้ทีมงาน
• ข้อมูลจาก Social Login: หมายเลขผู้ใช้และข้อมูลโปรไฟล์พื้นฐานจาก Google ตามสิทธิ์ที่อนุญาต และหมายเลขผู้ใช้จาก Facebook หรือ LINE โดยเราไม่เก็บรหัสผ่านของบัญชีเหล่านี้
• ข้อมูลธุรกรรม: คำสั่งซื้อ ไอดีเกมและเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ยอดเครดิต และประวัติการชำระเงิน
• ข้อมูลการใช้งาน: IP Address อุปกรณ์ เบราว์เซอร์ คุกกี้ และบันทึกการเข้าใช้งาน

2เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อจัดการบัญชี เติมเกม รับชำระเงิน แจ้งผลรายการ และช่วยเหลือลูกค้าตามสัญญาให้บริการ รวมถึงป้องกันการฉ้อโกงและดูแลความปลอดภัยตามประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย และปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ที่กฎหมายกำหนด หากไม่ให้ข้อมูลที่จำเป็น เราอาจให้บริการบางส่วนไม่ได้

ข้อมูลจาก Social Login ใช้เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนและให้บริการตามข้อกำหนดของแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม การใช้และส่งต่อข้อมูลจาก Google API เป็นไปตาม Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy) รวมถึงข้อกำหนด Limited Use ที่ใช้บังคับ โดยไม่ใช้ข้อมูลดังกล่าวเพื่อโฆษณาหรือฝึกโมเดล AI ทั่วไป

3เราแบ่งปันข้อมูลกับใคร

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แต่อาจส่งข้อมูลที่จำเป็นให้ผู้ให้บริการเติมเกม ระบบชำระเงิน คลาวด์ และบริการแจ้งเตือน เพื่อดำเนินงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น โดยมีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม หรือเปิดเผยเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด

4เราเก็บและปกป้องข้อมูลอย่างไร

เราเก็บข้อมูลบัญชีระหว่างเป็นสมาชิกและอีก 2 ปี หลังปิดบัญชี ข้อมูลธุรกรรม 2 ปี นับจากวันทำรายการ เมื่อหมดความจำเป็น เราจะลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ เว้นแต่ต้องเก็บต่อเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายหรือจัดการข้อเรียกร้องทางกฎหมาย

เราใช้มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสม เช่น การเข้ารหัสข้อมูลระหว่างรับส่งและจำกัดสิทธิ์เข้าถึงข้อมูล

6การยกเลิก Social Login

คุณยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อกับ P2W TOPUP ได้ผ่าน:

Social Login information is used to verify your identity and provide services in accordance with each platform's terms. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the applicable Limited Use requirements. We do not use this information for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.

3Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell personal data. We may share necessary information with providers of game top-ups, payment services, cloud services, and notification services to carry out the purposes described above, with appropriate data protection measures in place. We may also disclose information when required by law.

If it is necessary to transfer information abroad, we will comply with the conditions and safeguards required by law.

We retain account information while you are a member and for 2 years after your account is closed. We retain transaction information for 2 years from the transaction date. When information is no longer necessary, we will delete it or anonymize it, unless continued retention is necessary to comply with the law or handle legal claims.

5Your Rights and Requests to Delete Information

6Disconnecting Social Login

You can disconnect P2W TOPUP through:

• LINE: Settings > Account > Authorized apps > P2W TOPUP > Disconnect

Disconnecting may prevent you from logging in through that platform. It does not mean that all information held by P2W TOPUP will be deleted. To request deletion of your information, please contact us.
